Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

All return requests must be submitted and approved prior to sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Orders should be inspected upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, the original product must be returned (if eligible), and a new order must be placed.

Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
