Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wood Therapy Supply. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (after processing)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Carriers
We ship orders via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Wood Therapy Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for the claims process.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wood Therapy Supply is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
